Create a New Client

This article explains how to create a new client profile in TeleHab. 

INSTRUCTIONS

CREATE A CLIENT FROM NEW PRACTITIONER DASHBOARD

Step 1: Click the Create a Client button to open the Create New Client page.

CREATE A CLIENT FROM CLIENTS PAGE

Step 1: Open the Clients page by clicking the highlighted icon.

Step 2: Click either of the highlighted buttons to open the Create New Client page.

CREATE NEW CLIENT PAGE

Step 1: Enter your clients Given Name, Family Name and Email and select Gender and Date Of Birth.

Step 2: Click the Save button to create a new client profile. Your client's profile will be created and opened in the "Assigned Program" tab.

Step 3: Click the highlighted buttons to open the Program Builder page to create a program for your client.
