This article explains how to prescribe weekly and daily frequency for exercise programs using the program scheduler.
SETTING A PROGRAM SCHEDULE
Step 1: Assign a program to a client from the program builder screen.
Step 2: Select a program start date by clicking the date panel to open calendar view or use the preset buttons.
Step 3: Choose how often you would like your client to complete their exercise program. Options include daily, on specific days, every X days, X days a week or whenever.
Step 4: Select the specific frequency on the screen based on the choice made in Step 3.
Step 5: Select when during the day you would like your client to complete their exercise program. Options include sessions per day, time periods, specific time/s, or no specific times.
Step 6: Select the specific frequency on the screen based on the choice made in Step 5.
Step 7: Select a program end date by clicking the date panel to open calendar view or use the preset buttons.
Step 8: Select if you would like your client to be required to or optionally film their program, record pain and/or a rating of perceived exertion. You can also choose to record neither pain or rating of perceived exertion.
Step 9: Add a program message to further instruct, encourage or guide your client through their exercise program. Program notes are displayed to your client prominently in the TeleHab application upon opening an exercise program.
Step 10: Click assign to send the program to your client. They will receive an email with instructions on setting up the TeleHab client application. Please ensure they check their junk and spam mail folders if they do not receive their program email.
