Create Your TeleHab Profile
This article explains how to create a profile so that you can access your exercise program on TeleHab.
INSTRUCTIONS

An email will be sent to the address that was provided to your health professional to create your TeleHab profile. Please check junk mail and other similar folders if the email is not delivered to your inbox. |

|
Click the Complete Your Profile button to open the Welcome to TeleHab page. |
|
|
|
Enter your given name, family name and set your password. Click Save Profile to proceed to the TeleHab login page. |

The following steps will vary depending on which device you are using to login to TeleHab.
TeleHab for iOS devices

Press VIEW in the top right hand corner to open App Store. | |
|
|
Press the download button to install the TeleHab app on your iOS device. Once downloaded press OPEN to proceed to the TeleHab app. |

Press Login to TeleHab. |
|
TeleHab for Android and Google devices
|
|
Press Login to proceed to the Login page. | |
Login to TeleHab for all devices
|
|
Enter your email address and password and click Login. | |
|
|
The program prescribed by your health professional should be waiting in your TeleHab program page ready for you begin. | |
